After COVID and some VPs coming over from Amazon, the Pros changed quite a bit. But regardless, Capital One has always been meeting-heavy, and not in a good way. Slow career progression, with promotions consistently being given to the most popular people.
Bring back the culture of old.
Less meetings.
Fix stack ranking.
