Overall good program. Above average pay for interns, great housing, and fun events. Overall, a good place to work.
Try to put more thought into intern projects and make them even more challenging for all interns. This is obviously difficult to do on a large scale, but some were too easy, some were too hard, and some were what they should have been. Again, a difficult task considering the short, 10-week duration and the fact that projects are for hundreds of interns, but it is something they can improve on.
