Because of it, some leadership prioritizes themselves over your wants and needs.
Not every manager and director will do that, but the ones that do are incredibly toxic.
When it's good, it's good, but when it's bad, it's really bad.
Stop worrying about your "calibration rating" and make sure your engineers are happy with the work they are doing.
