Good pay for the location. Very relaxed working atmosphere with good work-life balance.
Cargo cult agile practices. There is no opportunity for advancement unless you play politics. The technology is very disorganized, which makes it very hard to get anything done. Innovation that doesn't come from the top is not welcome.
Take time to talk to and listen to your employees.
Address the technical concerns they bring up.
Maybe try using some of the tech they have to work with so you understand what they are complaining about.
