Since the pandemic, Capital One has become a great place to work.
Extremely great work-life balance.
They have taken great care of their employees throughout the pandemic. Nobody even took a pay cut.
The downsides are it is very hard to move up within this company. To move up, you need to go so far above and beyond what is required.
