- The politics! A lot of backstabbers there, so watch yourself and get everything in writing.
- Performance review process is archaic and causes a lot of incentive problems.
- Everyone is afraid while working here, so be careful what you say to whom.
- Retaliation is a major concern at COF.
Stop and think about the incentive systems that you have set up. They are causing a lot of problems with the software that is being developed. Not that any of your employees are willing to tell you about the problems because they are too scared of retaliation.
