Pros

There are so many opportunities to get involved with different programs or to work on different products.

Associates are treated like we matter, with plenty of perks at work, from free coffee to team outings and fun events at the office.

The Richmond campus itself is a beautiful place to work, and the team areas are mostly renovated and provide plenty of tools to help associates be productive.

Plus, the benefits are hard to beat.

Cons

Constant change of leadership is something that can be expected at a large company, but it sometimes results in decreased productivity as employees are shuffled around.
