Pros

Pay is decent, and food is good.

Cons

They fire so many people every year; they constantly have to run ads and fill job boards with 100 postings in every city, just so they can hire more people to fire. If you get put on a PIP, it means you will get fired. Everyone steals credit and backstabs their coworkers because of this.

Every single YouTube video I watch runs an ad to apply there for the role that just PIP'd me from. I met all my objectives and was just hired, so the manager didn't have to fire the people he already had. Honestly, the fact that companies treat people like this is so disturbing.

Advice to Management

You will eventually run out of workers; karma exists. Tell Satan how successful you were in life when you see him.
