Management don't know what to do and spend their time hanging their blame onto others for their mistakes.
You spend a lot of time chasing people to approve things for you to start working, maybe months.
People prolong processes to justify their bloated salaries.
The company is hugely corrupt. Its juvenile young people are managed by people who don't know what to do and are looking for someone to blame for their mistakes.
