Pros

Amazing benefits (401K, stock options, good PTO, sick leave, family care leave, 3-week childcare, etc.).

Cons

Annual performance review and rating are fully driven by managers. There is no way you can disagree with the rating given.

Advice to Management

Eliminate the manager-controlled review system. It has made them the boss. Care about good developers leaving the company and ask the manager who is letting them go.
