Overall, a great experience. Capital One is incomparably driven to better the knowledge of its employees. There are lots of talks from project executives.
Not really any cons. You might get stuck with a newer project though.
Codesignal -> Powerday (3 interviews). Includes: * Behavior Interview * Technical Interview * Case Interview A one-hour break is scheduled within the four-hour time frame. Preparation for the Case Interview is difficult. Just ensure to keep talkin
First CodeSignal OA. Pretty standard, four questions. I answered three completely and got partial credit on the fourth. Then a recruiter call where they ask you the standard questions about grad date, etc. Then "Power Day," where it's three 60-minute
I had a superday with three rounds. Each round was one hour. * The first round was a case study. * The second round was a technical interview. * The third round was behavioral. Overall, the interviewers were supportive and seemed nice.
