Great work-life balance and lovely people
The work-life balance is very nice (protected weekends, days that strictly end at 5 PM).
Managers were fantastic mentors and were really invested in your growth.
Benefits were great too (free Udemy courses, free AWS certification course, etc.).
Can sometimes feel like you are not doing much. The managers are pretty busy with other things, so if there is a bump in the road, you may be stuck for a while.
Diversity (gender, racial, other socioeconomic) could also be improved.
