Cons

Poor management and a cut-throat performance management process designed to allow the company to remove older employees for cause. By using 'fluffy' competencies instead of objective goals measures, it makes it very easy to lowball anyone they want to.

Advice to Management

You're a bank, not a tech company. Stop throwing away money by trying to be a 'tech' company and instead increase my dividend.
