With the company covering so much ground, communication is often far and between for the different departments. With a lack of discussion, it’s common to see the wheel being reinvented in different areas, when more collaboration can reduce this.
Encourage proactivity in individuals. It’s common to see many working solely on their daily tasks, not stopping to question how this could be improved or how to work on the gaps the company exhibits at times.
