Performance reviews are not indicative of actual work productivity of employees on an individual basis. Therefore, you will be compared to your peers, which creates unnecessary competition between collaborative members. Performance reviews can easily pigeonhole you into a position, limiting career growth, unless you get a significant amount of intervention from your manager.
Reconsider your process for performance reviews to be on an individual level rather than grouped by direct reports. A rising tide should lift all boats.
Normal powerday interview. It was pretty easy. Normal OOP technical with a banking question. The case interview was a little harder. Behavioral was normal. Focus on OOP concepts. All interviewers were really nice and helpful.
