Total compensation is above average. The interview is tough today, including an online assessment and a 4-5 hour "power day" which includes an algorithm code challenge, system design, case study, and behavioral interview. Therefore, only smart people will be hired.
Two performance reviews each year, and PIP is serious, around 10%-15%.
