Tech-forward, sound mission statement, great benefits.

Cons

Overaggressive delivery timelines, risk analysis and best practices ignored if they conflict with a milestone or deliverable. VP rubber-stamp approvals are frequent regardless of potential impact. Horrific mid-year and EOY review process. Recruit top talent but force calibration to meet numbers. Upper management tweaks senior management ratings based on their viewpoint, which removes the credibility of reviewing managers for their direct reports. It's no longer about the person doing the job and what they are delivering; everyone is just an employee ID, especially if you are not located in McLean or Plano.
