Capital One Interview Experiences
SWE Intern
Normal powerday interview. It was pretty easy. Normal OOP technical with a banking question. The case interview was a little harder. Behavioral was normal. Focus on OOP concepts. All interviewers were really nice and helpful.

Went well. Three interviews in four hours, quite draining but overall fun. Each interviewer was pretty smart and asked good follow-up questions. I didn't get an offer but recommend the process to others interested.

Two standard behavioral questions followed the GCA. This was for TEIP, which involved two 45-minute conversations with current engineers. They had pre-prepared questions. Difficulty was very easy; just prepare standard behavioral answers.
