The candidate goes into the superday. The superday includes a case interview, a technical interview, and a behavioral interview. If you get an interview, the email basically describes everything you need to know.

1 phone interview with a recruiter. Then, a 3-part onsite: * Coding * Behavioral * Case study The case study was a question asking how you would run an experiment with a new call center service that is 20% more reliable.

Normal powerday interview. It was pretty easy. Normal OOP technical with a banking question. The case interview was a little harder. Behavioral was normal. Focus on OOP concepts. All interviewers were really nice and helpful.
