Pros

All the amenities on campus they boast (even a tree house and bicycles), but you will be far too busy to do anything but work. They definitely expect you to put in major hours at home, so you won't have a life. 40 hours in the office and another 25 hours at home... and they want your blood and tears.

Cons

Everything. Golf bro culture. No work-life balance. Analysts constantly creating new, unattainable metrics – so you are set up to fail. Whole teams are revolving doors.

Advice to Management

Fire all management. They are overpaid and the higher up they go, the less work they actually do. I've heard of some management getting foot massages and pedicures during office hours. Not the workers, though.
