I had a terrible experience during my recent interview process.

It all started with an initial screening with the recruiter and the Hiring Manager.

Later, I was given a take-home assignment that I spent a considerable amount of time perfecting.

However, after submitting it, I received no communication for around two weeks.

After following up with them, they responded that I had done quite well and they wanted to move me onto the next round.

We confirmed the schedule, but soon after, I got an email saying that they were no longer moving forward due to changed circumstances.

The entire process left a bad taste in my mouth. There was a lack of communication, clarity, and no consideration for the time of the candidates.
