Most of my team was based out of the US so I mainly worked remotely even though I would go in office (Waterloo).
It was a chill conversation about how to improve an OOP product. It was more like how to design a system using OOP in Python. The panel was very nice and it was a flowing conversation.

Fluid screening and a very engaging technical interview. The first stage was a recruiter screening. Upon passing, you are passed onto the next stage, which is the technical manager/engineering manager's interview.
