The interview process starts with 2 managerial rounds followed by 5 technical rounds. The managerial rounds are very easy. Most of the technical rounds are easy too. One of the rounds went bad and I think that is the reason why they didn't go forward with me.

Pros: Daily catered lunches are really good, and equity comp is really good.
Cons: They do a lot of layoffs that are not reported; there were mass layoffs in 2022 and 2023.
