Moved past their initial round (a take-home assessment) and received an email from their HR rep asking for scheduling availability for the next round of technical interview with the team, a screen with the manager, and a culture fit assessment. Submitted my availability and cleared my schedule, but never got another response even after trying to follow up. Two months passed and I received a generic rejection email saying my resume “doesn’t align with what they're looking for”. Absolutely disappointing.
