I applied online. The process took 5 weeks.
I went through 3 interviews and the sr. recruiter at Chainalysis said that I did well in all of the interviews at the end of the process and that the engineering team would see me as a good fit with them. Turns out they were only hiring new grads that came with a college background. So instead of letting me know in the beginning of the interview process, they made me do a take-home project and go through 3 additional interviews spanning over 5 weeks just to let me know I never had a chance since I was a bootcamp grad and not a college grad. I would have no problem if they told me that I don't qualify to begin with, but they wasted so much of my time and resources and that's what really ticked me off.
Take-home project - comparing BTC price to ETH on two different platforms.
Technical assessment - debugging interview using graphs and nodes. Tested on utilizing maps and queues as well as if you understand recursion and can fix a DFS/BFS bug.
Behavioral interview - They have 2 sets of interviews for the behavioral. First is a cultural one where you will be asked your experience and typical behavioral questions; the second is an in-depth dive into your experiences and project(s) that you did.
