The whole recruitment process was very smooth and professional, probably the best I've ever experienced.

• Initial call with the People Acquisition team: an introduction to Checkout.com, the role, and a quick review of your CV and past experience.
• Technical screening with members of the Data team, where you get to dive deeper into your experience and the specifics of the role.
• Take-home challenge that's both fair and fun to solve.
• A final round of interviews, where you explain your solution for the challenge, followed by a white-board exercise, then a chat with members of the Product team, and a final cultural fit interview.

Every interaction with the team members had a clear purpose, and I always felt everyone was genuinely trying to understand my strengths and my problem-solving approaches, as opposed to just asking "dry" questions to try and catch me off-guard. Communication was constant and clear on every step. Overall a great experience.
