The end-to-end process for a Mid-Senior role was very long. It included an initial interview, a talk with the Hiring Manager, a design exercise, coding, and finally a culture fit assessment. The process was very thorough and in-depth.

Unfortunately, I was not successful, and no feedback was provided despite my requests. This was not ideal, as it felt like they forgot about me as soon as they made their decision.
