Pros: Benefits are on par with other tech companies. The London office is the HQ, so there are lots of socials and office events employees can enjoy.

Cons: Cliquey, political tensions were high during my time, and I had to watch what I said or shared because people would twist it and use it against my team. Most of the old-timers have left or been pushed out in the last couple of years.

Pros: Good place to work for engineers

Cons: Bonus and stocks could be higher.

Pros: Great people to work with, and within some teams.

Cons: Culture feels forced. Lack of directional leadership. They have a vision but struggle to communicate it from the top to the bottom. Leadership is very good at gaslighting employees during feedback. Exhibit A: They say they take the feedback survey seriously but never truly address the concerns from it. That is gaslighting. Stop forcing people back to the office for three days when they do not want to.
