The HR interview was very strange for me. The interviewer did not ask about my motivation, didn't introduce himself first, and didn't ask me to introduce myself.

The first question I received was, "Tell me about what you did at your previous company."

The question was abrupt, and I didn't know exactly what to talk about, so I described some general workflows, which seemed to make him lose interest immediately.

There were no follow-up questions to any of my answers.

At the end of the interview, he told me to expect a next step, which has never come.

Besides all this, he was late to the interview.
