Cons: Awful leadership team. If you're in with the right people, you'll get promoted, but you'll have to live with the guilt of how others are treated. Changing directions all the time, the CEO sticks his finger in the air to pick what's next and expects you to eat up his vision despite clearly not having a clue. They've cultivated a back-stabbing, anti-meritocracy company where the most compliant thrive. Performance reviews are pointless. Complaints are ignored.

Pros: It's a great place to come and work, surrounded by good people all striving to do something great, something impactful. Great office, good perks, and great lunches!

Cons: Whilst the office environment is great, it could do with more flexibility in office days.
