Process
It was an initial screening interview, followed by a very long tech test that lasted seven days. After that, it took another two weeks to mark the test.
After finally receiving feedback, I realized the person marking the test had completely missed the context of what the test was about and ended up quoting falsehoods about how certain .NET BCL APIs worked. Even after going after the bonus questions and not getting any merit for those either, it finally went straight to the offer stage.
The interview experience was abysmal, emotionally draining, and tedious, to say the least.
