Great exposure to software engineering from the beginning, with an inclusive culture and friendly, helpful team members. The work is challenging; however, that is what keeps it interesting and fast-moving, with constant development happening, so there is never a slow moment. The office is great, and personally, the hybrid working model works for me, as I don't have to go in all week, but the 2 days are the right balance for me.
