I would not advise people to join this company due to the dirty politics and unhealthy work environment. My mental health worsened there, and the way performance reviews are done is completely biased.
I had to wait for months in order to recover before I could start working again. The rivalry between colleagues is at its peak, and one will do anything possible to get promoted. Fake words like "team spirit" are raised during sprint retrospectives.
It is easier to get fired than getting hired. Also, the offers are tempting, but it is not worth sacrificing your mental health for such things.
