Cons

I would not advise people to join this company due to the dirty politics and unhealthy work environment. My mental health worsened there, and the way performance reviews are done is completely biased.

I had to wait for months in order to recover before I could start working again. The rivalry between colleagues is at its peak, and one will do anything possible to get promoted. Fake words like "team spirit" are raised during sprint retrospectives.

It is easier to get fired than getting hired. Also, the offers are tempting, but it is not worth sacrificing your mental health for such things.

Do not get tempted by the social media hype on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Many people got fired with compensation recently due to poor management skills and poor company vision.

If you have a family to look after, then this is not the place where you should be adventuring.

Advice to Management

Set a proper vision and culture, and get rid of the rivalry between peers.
