Pros

Some great people keep you sane.

Cons

Awful leadership team. If you're in with the right people, you'll get promoted, but you'll have to live with the guilt of how others are treated.

Changing directions all the time, the CEO sticks his finger in the air to pick what's next and expects you to eat up his vision despite clearly not having a clue.

They've cultivated a back-stabbing, anti-meritocracy company where the most compliant thrive. Performance reviews are pointless. Complaints are ignored.

Advice to Management

They used to listen, but they very much don't anymore. So, no advice from me.
