Good tech stack in many places, since they are upgrading a lot of their tooling.
The company adopted an American style of working. After COVID, it was 1 day/week in the office. The last update was 3 days/week. I can expect they will go back to 4 days before the end of the year since management seemed in need of control.
Trust your employees more; their metrics looked good.
