Pros

Working at Checkout.com is an incredible experience. The fast-paced and high-performance culture ensures that every day is engaging and filled with opportunities to learn. It is good since you can't keep doing the same thing you were doing years ago; it means you didn't grow or go beyond your capabilities and succeed. Challenges are part of the journey, but once you adapt, they become second nature, a habit, and a culture. Thinking about how much I learned and how much experience I gained over the past years, I would have never achieved the same in another company.

The company fosters continuous growth, both professionally and personally. I’ve had the chance to tackle complex problems, expand my skills, and stay ahead in the industry. My colleagues are not just talented (we all don't know everything about everything, but we share what we know with each other) but also supportive, making collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Having a great manager who values development and innovation also helps you grow and contribute to company goals.

If you’re not comfortable with a fast-moving environment, it might take time to adjust. But once you do, it’s a rewarding experience!
