The interview process was 3 rounds: a recruiter screen, a screen with the hiring manager, and the final round consisting of 5 interviews with various members of the team. All rounds were behavioral and dug into my experience as an engineering manager. The final round consisted of management, product, conflict resolution, and mentoring interviews, as well as a technical screen that was mostly around technical execution. Overall, the process was straightforward and clearly communicated, and the company appeared to have a good engineering culture, so I was disappointed when I didn't move forward after the final round.
Be prepared to discuss the processes you implemented/followed, how to motivate the team, and communicate upwards and downwards.
