I initially had a call with the recruiter, then a name matching exercise, and a hiring manager round.
I was really shocked to see that the hiring manager wanted to run my resume by his team after the third round.
Yeah, you heard it right: the third round, without the team having seen my resume.
This is a total waste of time. I do not recommend attending these interviews.
If you reject a candidate and give no feedback at this stage, it talks a lot about the company and the culture. Please respect the candidate's time.
