They have a standard interview process: one phone screen and then they fly you on-site for four to five interviews.
Okay, the above was just an outline of the interview process. To give some more details, I'd say stay away from this company!
Their technical recruiter is one of the worst I have ever encountered. The recruiter is a joke! They can't even type emails without spelling and grammatical mistakes. That tells you a lot about the company even before your first interview.
I am not writing this because I did not get an offer, but this is the truth. I know I made a few mistakes during my on-site interview, but all their promises of "we get back quickly with your interview result" are plain bull crap.
They never got back to me with the result (not that I was expecting an offer, but a simple interview feedback helps the candidate a lot). Companies forget that candidates take time from their schedule while interviewing, and that should be respected as well.
TLDR: expect a reply only if you are getting an offer. If you don't hear back in four to five days after your interview, look elsewhere.
Also, their product didn't seem that exciting. It's an okay company, nothing great about it; no wonder not many people have heard about it.
