Recruiter call followed by one hour coding challenge.

The people I met were friendly and the problem was fun/interesting. However, I was stopped halfway through and instructed to abandon my working solution because it was "too clever" and start over using the interviewer's desired approach, which was disheartening.

Some of the feedback at the end was constructive, at least.
