Engineering Manager
Very well-organized series of interviews with cross-functional collaborators. Each person focused on their area and the company's core values. The recruiters did a great job of explaining who I would be talking to and the next steps.
Staff Engineer
Initial phone interviews were fine, as expected. They were pleasant and seemed to understand the technical aspect of the role. This was followed up by a technical project (4 hours), and then 4 more hours of interviews.
