Software Engineer
I’ve been through so many interviews, investing time and effort into each one, only to be left without any feedback in the end. It’s frustrating not knowing where I went wrong or what I could improve for the future.
Senior DevOps Engineer
Phone screen with a recruiter. Their base salary is meager for a senior position. Their highest band was around 150k, with no other bonuses added to that. I hope leadership reads this and figures out they won't attract top talent with that salary.
