The interview process started with two interviewers. One was conducting a senior technical round but remained mute throughout the interview. The other was a junior with one year of experience who was asking all the questions by googling them (which was clearly visible on their screen).

They expect interviews like FANG companies but don't have even a fourth of the budget for compensation. By focusing only on DSA and System Design, they are losing out on good developers who have hands-on experience in solving real-world problems.
