Gave a verbal offer over the phone. Pressured me to answer them in the next 6 hours. I said yes. Insisted on me giving them the numbers because the recruiter didn't want to go back and forth. Then nothing for a day, and then they called me and told me that they had revoked the offer and were giving it to someone else.

The recruiter and the company or that specific team don't really care for you. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Moreover, I had applied for a different posting and, without checking with me, they interviewed me for another job posting. Not at all employee-centric.
