Cons: The team I was on was not welcoming to having a woman engineer. The challenges I faced with my engineering manager and other engineers were so horrible I left the company in 6 months. I was lucky to have found an amazing company to work for shortly after with the best team. As a woman engineer, I did not feel welcome. I faced major challenges from my male co-workers who all dismissed me, made me feel unwelcome and depressed... so much so I quit. This was about 3 years ago. Looking back, I almost gave up my career as an engineer. Chegg was my first engineering job. Three years later at my current company, I have had the most supportive team, best managers, and feel included.

Pros: - Great people - Visibility on projects

Cons: I loved working at Chegg for a long time, but when push came to shove, the company really changed and completely stopped caring for culture and their employees. * Stocks are not doing well. * Questionable leadership decisions.
