Pension from whole salary, RSU, nice people. Technical challenge.
Constant pressure, no work-life balance at all. Technology is old and very hard to move forward. Not agile.
The pressure is too high and not filtered top to bottom. Leaders of the site do not realize the reality.
No progress on old technology. We work with old technology; it is very hard to move things forward.
