Great place to work. Worked in the Data Engineering team. Great team culture, open to new ideas, great support, and great inclusion. Overall, a great vision for the company's future.
Good culture, and the company has a bright future. Free lunch and a lot of fun activities. Very flexible and accommodating.
As with any other fast-growing pains, I think companies must focus on that as well. The company is focused on student services, which is good for the overall education.
Managers are doing great. They need more training to do their job much better. This is not specific to any person; it is purely my observation. I think the top team is working on this. Otherwise, I think any fast-growing company faces fast-paced issues. I am hoping things will get better.
1 phone screening and 1 onsite. The phone screen question was relatively easy – an n-ary tree. The manager was kind enough to guide me. The onsite interview was not that hard either. Perhaps because on the same day I had received an offer from anot
I gave two rounds of the assessment. Round one was 48 multiple-choice questions, and round two was a one-sided video interview. I was then offered the opportunity to interview at the Santa Clara office.
Two online assessments were conducted. Out of these, one was a technical round and the other was a non-technical round: 1. 60-minute MCQ questions (around 40) for a Software Engineering backend position - Technical round. 2. Video assessment: 2 q
