Good work-life balance in most teams. The tech stack is up to date. The culture is good, better than many other companies in the NCR region.
Micromanagement has started in some teams. Promotions and recognitions are very slow. Salaries are lowballed as per industry. Meal/lunch food is pathetic.
Work on recognition of good work of employees, especially in the New Delhi office. Work on meals.
