Great company with a toxic work culture
C-level staff is very good. Good office, lunch service, HR activities, etc.
My final days at Chegg India were not so good. I spent 5+ years at the company, but frequent changes in India leadership, a toxic work culture, and uncompetitive salaries made them difficult.
Please stop the over-hiring of people.
