Chegg treats their interns so well! Since it is a smaller company, you will see your contributions actually being used. Chegg makes sure to schedule a good combination of fun and informative intern events as well.
No real downside to working for this company. The only complaints I have heard from full-time employees mostly have to do with differences in personality (i.e., "I don't get along with my boss"), but this doesn't seem to be the norm and is common in most companies.
